The importance of the 3rd guy

Here is the starting of a dance mob or tribe, at a music festival. Seth Godin sais on his blog that the most important of all the participants isnt the 1st, nor the 2nd, but the 3rd guy. Why? Because the first is just a stoned or drunk guy showing off and later there are just 2 crazy guys dancing. But with the 3rd guy it becomes a thing, it becomes a movement worth joining.
Let's all be more like the 3rd guy (no, not fat!), and dare more to defy the existing rules and borders of what is or isn't desirable in society. Be your own fashion icon. Be brave.
