Today I decided to make some chicken legs and have them with the freshest and healthiest summer salad.
Glazing for the chicken: olive oil, garlic, salt'n'pepper, honey, mustard, chilli paste. Coat the chicken with this marinade and let sit in fridge for 1 hour. Then bake for 1 hour on high!
Salad: tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onions, olives chopped, romanian "telemea" white cheese, fresh chopped parsley. Dress with olive oil, salt pepper to taste.
