This is a summer dish. I have had stuffed peppers every summer ever since a was a little boy. Last weekend I ate 2 at my mothers and I dared to make some of my own this week. It was a first. Especially when it's scorching hot, and this is a baked recipe.
In short, here are 4 ball peppers, stuffed with minced meat (pork and beef mix from the store). Rice was cooked for 5 minutes, then mixed in with the meat, parsley, paprika, 1 onion chopped and fried for 3 minutes with paprika, salt and pepper to taste. In the pot with the peppers was added approximately 1 can of chopped tomatoes and water to cover. Everything goes in the medium heat oven for approx. 1 hour. Enjoy!
