Pickles bruschetta

Only a delicious pickle bruschetta with mayo and a thin slice of water melon on top. The pickled melon in salt tastes great because of its own natural sweetness. This particular one was a small one, that didn't even get the chance to turn red before it was pickled. See here the melon before it was cut.
